BECAUSE CHILDREN BELONG IN FAMILIES!

We EMPOWER vulnerable families to keep their kids at home and out of orphanages. We WORK to keep children out of orphanages in Uganda by providing other options to at-risk families.

WHERE WE WORK

Abide Family Center is located in Jinja, Uganda. This location was chosen because the Ugandan government recently estimated there are over 40,000 children living in institutional care in this East African country.
